Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream

Directions

1. In a small sauce pot, over medium heat, stir brown sugar and butter until butter melts. Whisk in cream and stir until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth. Serve warm.
