Ingredients

DAIRY PRODUCTS

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Canadian Ricotta
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) raspberry yogurt

 

FRUIT AND CO.

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

 

GRANOLA AND NUTS

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) granola
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped pecans

Directions

1. In a jar, combine the Ricotta, yogurt, raspberries, vanilla and cinnamon and mix well.

2. Add the granola and nuts.

3. Cover tightly with the lid and refrigerate. Keeps up to 3 days.
