1. | In a bowl, mash Feta with a fork. |
2. | Add Ricotta, yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, oregano, mint and pepper. |
3. | Fill pepper strips with cheese mixture. |
4. | Garnish with olives and parsley. Serve cold. |
