1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine milk mixture with oat mixture. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes.
3. Serve warm. Add a couple of tablespoons of cream!
