1. | Preheat grill to medium-high. In bowl, stir together yogurt, cilantro, red onion, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, honey, 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper, and cayenne. |
2. | Meanwhile, season salmon with Tex-Mex seasoning, and remaining salt and pepper. Grill, turning once, for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish is tender and begins to flake when tested. |
3. | Place salmon on serving platter; dollop yogurt sauce over top. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and green onions. |
