Havarti chicken salad and apple wrap

1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup (125 mL) apple, finely diced
4 medium whole-wheat tortillas
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices of Canadian Havarti


In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chicken and apple.

Top tortillas with lettuce, Havarti and chicken salad.

Fold one end over about 1 inch (2.5 cm) to keep garnish the filling in, and roll up tightly.
