Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) plain Greek yogurt
ΒΌ cup (60 mL) creamy Sun Butter (or natural peanut butter)
1 Tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey

Directions

Combine ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Dip will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days.
